Tonight we will all G-d Willing celebrate Rosh Hashana the start of the new year. Beyond this being a new year it is a new beginning. Everything that has happened in the past is the past and the gates of Heaven are opened now for us to build and establish a new year, a new reality for ourselves and the entire Jewish People. Each and every year is a unique chapter in the history of our people and we have the opportunity to beseech Hashem for everything. Whatever happened in years past doesn't mean it has to continue, the hardships and difficulties that we may have experienced can cease. We have the power in our prayers to bring the final redemption and witness Hashem's Kingship revealed to the entire world. This is the focus of our prayers on Rosh Hashana and we should all take advantage!

May we all be blessed and inscribed in the book of life for a happy healthy and prosperous New Year in which we will all merit to witness the coming of Mosiach and our final redemption.

Shabbat Shalom and Kasiva Vchasima Tova!
