Matanos Levyonim

Dear Members and Friends,

Here is the information necessary for giving Matanos Levyonim, Charity to the Poor for Purim:
Give an amount that would provide a simple meal for two people. (Say, $18.00)

Here are a few options of how to give:

• Od Yosef Chai which distributes money to the poor in Israel. Make checks payable to Od Yosef Chai or donate online to https://www.odyosefchai.org/matanot-levyonim
• Tomchei Shabbos provides assistance to people in St. Louis. Make checks payable to Tomchei Shabbos.
• Make checks payable to the Rabbi’s Charity Fund with the memo “Matanos Levyonim” and the Rabbi will distribute to those in need.

Both are organizations worthy of our support and the Rabbi will be helping those who he knows could use the funds. Make sure to bring your contributions to the Shul by Monday, March 2nd by 4:00 PM to ensure the money can be distributed on Purim.
